Brittany is a former Deputy Clerk of the Orange County Estates Division with a unique skillset in probate and guardianship matters before she transitioned into private practice. Having worked closely with several Clerks of Court in both the public and private sector, Brittany has developed an extensive background in simple and complex estate and trust administrations and guardianship matters. She also assists clients with estate planning and a variety of special proceeding matters. Brittany is driven, responsive, and attentive to details while providing her clients with comprehensive guidance and compassion. Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her loved ones. Brittany is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, with majors in Political Science and History and a minor in Hispanic Studies. She obtained her law degree from Campbell University as well as her Master’s in Wealth and Trust Management. Furthering her love in her practice areas, Brittany wrote her LLM dissertation on a challenging estate administration case, reviewing current North Carolina law and how it presented challenges to quickly and efficiently administering estates.
