Janet Witchger is passionate about helping individuals and families live with peace of mind by planning for a secure future. Licensed in North Carolina, Janet focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, with the heartfelt mission of sparing families the emotional and financial strain that can arise from losing a loved one without a clear plan in place.

Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, Janet guides her clients through complex legal matters with clarity, care, and a deep commitment to their long-term well-being.

Janet graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a degree in Economics and earned her J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor for the North Carolina Law Review.

Outside the office, Janet enjoys a full and joyful life as a wife, proud mother of four, and grandmother of two. In her free time, you’ll often find her playing bass, volunteering at her church, swimming, or hiking the scenic trails of North Carolina.
