Janet Witchger is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve peace of mind by planning for a secure future. Licensed in North Carolina, Janet’s practice is focused on estate planning and administration, with the goal of helping families avoid the difficulties that can arise when a loved one passes without a clear plan. She guides her clients through complex legal matters with clarity, care, and a deep commitment to their long-term well-being.

Janet graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a degree in Economics and earned her J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served on the North Carolina Law Review.

Janet is married with four children and two grandchildren. In her free time, she volunteers at her church, plays bass, swims, and hikes the scenic trails of North Carolina.
