It is vitally important to have advance directive documents such
as Health Care Powers of Attorney and Living Wills. However, in many cases, these
documents may not be available when needed, particularly for those
who travel frequently. According to study by the American Medical
Association, in 3 out 4 cases a patient's living will is not
available when it is needed.
We offer discounted memberships in
Legal Directives, LLC.
Copies of your documents are sent to Legal Directives, which will fax the
documents to any hospital in the world within minutes of being
contacted. The membership includes a wallet-size Emergency Card with
DocuBank®'s toll-free phone number, the name and phone number of the
contact person named in your document, and a space for important
medical information. The fee is $18 for the first

Business Compliance Service(TM) Program
We can provide business compliance solutions for private
companies -- insuring the necessary legal formalities are met,
including providing annual minute, service agent, and stock transfer
services to our clients.
For a single annual fee of $295 for each legal entity, we provide
companies with the following basic services:
- Prepare standard annual meeting minutes for shareholders and
directors (or for an LLC; members and managers) of the company.
- Act as the service agent for the company.
- Provide an annual company audit and compliance questionnaire
used to identify compliance issues and keeping
- Prepare a company profile reflecting the current owners and
management in addition to other key legal business items.
Additional services are provided at a reasonable cost to our
clients, including private company stock transfer services,
preparation of buy-sell (shareholder) agreements, and medical
reimbursement plans.
Of course, we also provide assistance in the formation of new
entities, including S Corporations, C Corporations, Limited
Liability Companies, and Partnerships.
