Chapel Hill, North Carolina, (population 47,000 Census 2001
estimate) is the largest municipality in Orange County. Originally
called New Hope Chapel hill, it was named for a church located here
in the late 1700s. (It is now nicknamed "The Southern Part of
Heaven." after the title of the book by William Meade Prince.)

Durham, North Carolina (population 187,035 in 2000 census)
was built on tobacco and hard work and isn’t about to let anyone
forget it. Blessed with three growing seasons, and a central
location in beautiful North Carolina, this town made history while

Cary, North Carolina is located in North Carolina's Piedmont
region, next to Research Triangle Park, and minutes from the
Raleigh-Durham International Airport and Raleigh, the state capitol
of North Carolina. Founded by Allison Francis Page in the 1860's(the
hotel that he built is now the Page-Walker Arts & History Center).
Cary was named in honor of Samuel Fenton Cary, a nationally-known
leader of the Temperance movement.
